Pacific Culinary Studio is a food and wine education facility catering to the home chef. Our schedule changes twice a year offering new classes and guest chefs. The Studio contains a state-of-the-art instructional kitchen featuring Dacor and Sub-Zero appliances. A large T.V. and a ceiling mounted mirror make the view comfortable from all 35 seats. Our passion along with our professional standard is to use the freshest seasonal food possible. Recipes and wine suggestions are given with each class. Signature and nationally renowned chefs share their talents and secrets enabling you to become a celebrity in your own kitchen. Pacific Wine and Kitchen, our wine, kitchen, gift, and home accessories store, features over 500 labels of wine from around the world with emphasis on Washington, Oregon, California. We offer weekly tastings on Saturdays from 1-4pm. In addition to our hand picked wine selection, Pacific Wine and Kitchen proudly represents some of the highest quality housewares available such as: Allclad, Le Creuset and Chantal cookware, Henckels cutlery and Riedel stemware just to name a few.
