REGISTRATION: You may register by phone, in person or by fax. We can be reached by phone at (425) 231-9239 and by fax at (425) 485-3206.Class registration is on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage early registration, as space is limited. If classes are full, we will be happy to add you to our waiting list. Credit card payment is required to secure your reservation. If you are registering in person you may pay with check, cash, gift certificate or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel for any reason, we will refund your payment or transfer you to another class which ever you prefer, if we receive cancellation at least48 hours prior to the date of the class. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours prior to class are non-refundable. No exceptions can be made. We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. If this happens, we will notify you by phone and, if you prefer, transfer you to another class.

COOKING CLASS INFORMATION: Classes are taught using a demonstration or hands-on format. There will be up to 25-30 students. In demonstration classes the instructor explains and shows recipe preparation and/or cooking technique. Hands-on classes feature direct student participation and are limited to 12 students. Classes include tastings of each menu item, in most cases matching wines (an alternate beverage will be offered to those prefer or are under 21) and recipes. Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend early arrival if you would like group seating. Class start times do vary, so please note the start time of your class. Classes will start promptly. Instructors reserve the right to alter the menu due to seasonal availability. Volunteers are needed for assisting our chefs in the kitchen. Classes will be offered at a discount to those wanting to participate. We regret that we are unable to accommodate small children as unpaid guests, and we currently have no childcare facility available.

SPECIAL EVENTS: Pacific Culinary Studio is available for your special event. Corporate teambuilding, staff meetings, client presentations, bridal showers, book clubs, garden clubs and birthday parties. We will be happy to plan a class or an affair just for you. Call for rates and availability.
