Planning a Special Event: Pacific Culinary Studio is available for private classes and catered parties. The Studio is a private and beautifully appointed space with plenty of parking for your next: Corporate team building, staff meeting, client presentation, bridal/couples shower, book or garden club, anniversary, and birthday party. We will be happy to plan a class or party for your group of 8 or more. Demonstration Style Private Classes: The studio can accommodate up to 30 students where an instructor explains and shows recipe preparation and cooking technique. Like our public classes, generous samples of all that is demonstrated are plated and served to participants. In most cases matching wines will be tasted along with the menu samples. Recipes are also included with each class. Hands-On Style Private Classes: The studio can accommodate up to 15-20 students where we feature direct student participation. This is a great format for Team Building exercises for your corporate or private group. Participants work with a chef and assistants to create a meal, and then all sit down and dine together. In most cases matching wines will be tasted along with the menu items created in class. Recipes are included with each class. Private Parties: The studio can accommodate up to 25 for the private party of your choice. Whether it’s an appetizer and wine tasting reception, or a full sit down multiple course event. Pacific Culinary Studio is the perfect environment for your next party. You and your guests can enjoy watching a chef and full service staff put the final touches on your meal in our state of the art kitchen. Call for rates and availability.
